    Our fish guarantee is 3 days full price, 7 days at half price. If your fish died, bring in the dead body, a separate sample of water, and your receipt into the store. We will test your water to see if we can pinpoint why the fish died. If there are any problems with your test results we will give you advice on how to fix them. We will then record your name and information in our fish book and replace the fish when your water sample is fish safe. If the water is in good shape, we will replace the fish. We unfortunately do not give refunds on fish, but you can use the credit towards a different fish if you like.

    Currently we do not have any seahorses available. Feeding and housing requirements make owning them very difficult.

    Of course! Four legged friends are our favorite around here! We just ask that all pets are kept under control and leashed or carried while in our store!

    Do you happen to do wing clipping for birds and if so what are your prices?

    We do clip wings and trim toe nails on all types of birds. Price depends on what type of bird and ranges from $6.50 (parakeets) up to $11 (parrots). It is best to call ahead to make sure there is someone available to do this. Only certain employees are allowed to trim wings and nail. &15-832-0174
